Clavia Nord Piano 2 HA88 stage piano, Drum analog synthesizer and C2D combo organ Released for Namm 2012. Clavia's stand at the Namm show in California attracted large crowds who were keen to check out the latest offerings from one of the most inventive Musical Instrument brands around.
Nord Piano 2 HA88 is set to replace Piano 88 and brings a raft of much sought after updates. Piano 2 HA88 features the same stunning 88-note weighted hammer action keyboard as well as the awesome Nord 500 MB piano library, however that is pretty much where the similarities end. Nord Piano 2 HA88 also comes loaded with Clavia's 128 MB sample synth engine and now offers transpose, split, layer and dual sound functionality. An array of additional digital effects, amp models and controller inputs round out the upgrade.
Nord Drum is next up, offering a 4-channel analog drum synthesizer that features complex harmonic and analogue waveforms. Drum will inspire live and studio based percussionists and can be played via from acoustic drum triggers or via MIDI trigger pads. Last up is C2D, a combo organ that serves a timely update to the Nord C2. Improvements to this instrument include redesigned simulations of mechanical key click and to the Rotary Speaker models.
