Fender Super Champ X2 HD Amp Head, Combo and SC112 kicks off a brand new range of boutique styled, 15W, all-valve guitar amplification loaded with an incredible feature set. The awesome Super Champ X2 range of amps, combos and cabs will see their official launch in only 3 days time at the 2012 Namm show.
First up is the all new Fender Super Champ X2 15-Watt Combo amplifier, which combines a dual-channel tube amp design with an array of amp modelling and digital effects that bring this classic sounding amp bang up to date. Super Champ X2 even comes loaded with a USB audio interface for recording into your PC or Mac via the included Fender FUSE software. Preamp shaping is handled by a single 12AX7 tube with the power section featuring dual 6V6 valves. Super Champ X2 combo pushes out its awesome tone via a single 10" Fender Special Design speaker.
Next up is the Fender Super Champ X2 HD Amp Head, which delivers superb low-power-tube tone from an extremely compact design. Super Champ X2 HD comes loaded with the same feature set as the X2 Combo and is designed for use with the Super Champ SC112 Enclosure, which features an 8 ohm 12" Celestion G12P-80 Speaker. SC112 cabs feature a closed-back cabinet design that offers increased bass response and pushes out a tight, well defined tone.
