Alesis Q61, QX25, QX61 USB Midi Controller Keyboards released for Namm 2012. This year's Namm show saw Alesis fill in the missing gaps with new models of Q-series controller keyboards. Alesis launched Q-series Midi controller keyboards over a year ago with the release of Q49, which was quickly followed by Q25 and the more advanced QX49. This year saw both ranges completed with the introduction of Q61, QX25 and QX61.
Q-series controller keyboards offer extremely good value for money and come aimed at entry level users. Q25, Q49 and Q61 feature pitch bend and modulation wheels and basic Midi implementation from a compact, USB bus powered keyboard. QX25, QX49 and QX61 models step up the game and offer far more comprehensive Midi control. QX49 and QX61 feature 8 sliders, 8 controller knobs and 4 trigger pads, QX25 comes loaded with the pads and knobs but due to size cannot accommodate the sliders.
