Roland TD-9 Drum Module

The Roland TD-9 drum module is the heart and sole of Roland's new mid-line V-Drum kits, the TD-9K and TD-9KX. With hundreds of new sounds, real-audio songs and patterns onboard, plus new Scope and Quick Record/ Quick Play practice functions, full V-Hi-Hat (VH-11) compatibility, and 3-way ride triggering available, the TD-9 raises the bar significantly in its price range.

No more squinting at a a small screen, as the Roland TD9 is outfitted with a luxurious, large backlit display with accompanying oversized buttons and controls. Its friendly, icon-based user interface makes editing sounds and customizing kits fast and fun, whether on stage or in the studio.

You can also play along with real-audio backing songs to build your musical experience base on the Roland TD9. Or, use the USB port to import audio files of your choice (.WAV), back up your data, or save a quick record of your performance. The Quick Record and Quick Play features on the TD-9 allow for immediate record and play back of solo drum parts, or drum parts performed with the backing songs. A special connecting cable also allows for fast, clean, and easy connection to drum pads, or triggers.
